White Plains Family YMCA is a branch of the YMCA of Central and Northern Westchester.  We're an inclusive organization of men, women and children joined together by a shared commitment to nurturing the potential of kids, promoting healthy living and fostering a sense of social responsibility.

Our facilities include a fully equipped fitness center, group exercise studio, a gymnasium with indoor track, two pools, racquetball and squash courts, childcare services, and single occupancy rooms for men and women.
