The Town of Prospect, CT holds its annual Pumpkin Festival every October.  The yearly festival has grown in size since its 1st inception back in 2004. The Town of Prospect takes pride in providing a friendly atmosphere that the whole family can enjoy.

Each year Prospect Students from pre k - 8th grade take part in a Pumpkin Decorating Contest for a chance for a ribbon. The town also hand out Scarecrows for residents of the town to take part in dressing them up for a chance to win prizes for best costume. there is also a Car and Truck Costume Parade where the participants ride down RT 69 from from CVS.  In 2022, we introduced a Halloween Dog Costume Contest, where pet owners dress up their dog for a chance to win a gift card.

Our mission is to provide food, fun and activities from local vendors for the WHOLE FAMILY.
