Poway Woman's Club

PO Box 1356

WHO WE ARE

We are women just like you who are looking for friendship, fellowship, and outlet for our creative talents and a chance to make a difference in our community.

WHAT WE DO

Our projects are as varied as our membership. We have "adopted" Poway Library and provide support for the staff and for library programs.
In addition, our club awards a continuing education scholarship to a deserving graduating girl from Abraxas. Each year a sophomore from Poway High School, Mt. Carmel High School, Rancho Bernardo High School and Westview High School is given a scholarship to the Hugh O'Brian Youth Foundation Leadership Conference.

Our club is a member of the Friends of the Poway Library, Poway Historical and Memorial Society, Old Poway Park Action Committee (OPPAC), the Poway Performing Arts Company and the Poway Center for the Performing Arts Foundation. Members volunteer in a variety of ways with these organizations.

WHAT WE ARE

Poway Woman's Club is a nonprofit 501C3, nondenominational service organization and we are affiliated with the California Federation of Women's Clubs and the General Federation of Women's Clubs, Int'l.
