About Us
The Poway Senior Center is a tax exempt, 501-c(3) non-profit multi-purpose community site for older adults that offers seniors opportunities to interact, to share their life, their experiences and to offer the benefit of their wisdom and time to others through intergenerational and volunteer programs. This is a place for seniors to connect with friends, take trips, play games, take classes, to learn, and most importantly, continue to grow and to contribute. By keeping their minds and bodies active in their retirement years, seniors continue to be productive and useful citizens, which is beneficial to all of us, and our community. The center helps seniors maintain their health and vitality, prolong independent living, enhance the quality of life, and provide an opportunity to our valuable older citizens to remain engaged and contributory
