Our Vision
The Lowell Parks and Recreation Department will continually strive to serve as the center of their community by providing all citizens with positive leisure and recreational experiences which significantly contributed to increased life satisfaction and appreciation of the Town of Lowell. We will work to create partnerships with area businesses and civic organizations in order to gain support for and market our programs. Our programs will maintain the highest level of quality while providing our participants with leadership and guidance in the physical, mental, and spiritual components of life. This leadership and guidance will be administered by a Parks Department, which consists of hard working, dedicated, and knowledgeable individuals, which model an exemplary lifestyle to the community
