This Foundation was formed in 1998 as a not-for-profit, 501(c)3 organization pledged to increase access to health services for the medically under-served in Loudoun County.

The needs of our patients should be our guide in determining expansion of services. The reality, however, is that funding will be the determining factor. At the end of the day, the kinds and extent of the services we can provide is directly attributable to the available funding.
