The Mission of the Gold Oak Union School District is to promote and challenge the intellectual, creative, physical, and social development of all students.

About Us

The Gold Oak Union School District is a small rural elementary district located in the Sierra foothills of Northern California. The elementary andmiddle school serve an area known as Pleasant Valley which lies outside the town of Placerville, the center of the California gold rush of themid-1800s. The entire area has a great sense of history and majestic beauty.
