Girl Scout Council of Middle Mississippi (GSCMM) serves a 20-county region of central and southwestern Mississippi. It is divided into 32 service units.

In 1955, Girl Scouts of the United States of America (GSUSA) combined the Jackson and Vicksburg Girl Scout Councils with lone troops in eleven Mississippi counties in order to develop, manage and maintain Girl Scouts.
