In 2011, Family Healthcare, Inc. provided medical care to 25,205 patients. A Department of Health and Human Services, Public Health Service Section 330 Community/Migrant Health Center grant supports access to primary care services for the uninsured, underinsured and indigent through subsidizing a sliding fee scale based on the individual's ability to pay.
