Maple Valley has its roots in a rural lifestyle with the many wonders of nature close at hand. Mount Rainier beckons in the near distance. Lake Wilderness Park provides residents and guests with canoing, fishing, swimming, baseball, tennis and numerous other activities. The area is rich with trails immersed in vine maples. You can hike, bike or horseback through the City to the Cedar River or take a shorter walk through the arboretum trails.
