Our Goals:
Communication - Two weeks in each month teachers will publish class newsletters for distribution and the school will publish a newsletter 1 week of every month for distribution.
Wildcat Cares Committee will publish an informational newsletter at the beginning of every month to distribute among the staff and any updates or changes will be emailed on the Morning Bulletin. The administration will distribute a weekly newsletter via email.
Consistency - Each grade level will meet two Mondays during their planning period for team related goal setting and one Monday of each month the teams will meet with school administration to review goals and progress.
The first and third Mondays of each month will be reserved for faculty meetings and Tool Box Mondays. During these meetings, teachers will update the entire staff on each teams goal and Professional Learning Communities will be utilized to grow and develop new skills as educators.
