Our Story:
Big Fish Wines became reality in 2005 when Hunter and Suzanne Landers realized a dream of one day making and sharing wine with friends and family. Hunter a New England transplant, and Suzanne a Bay Area native, both loved California wine country and shared a similar taste in wines.
When the opportunity came up, Hunter learned how to make wine in small lots starting with a Santa Barbara County Syrah. The wine was so well received that it became more than a hobby, and they expanded to making larger quantities and other varietals including the award winning Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel.
