About Angwin Community Council
As an unincorporated village, Angwin has no official town or city government. It does have the Angwin Community Council which strongly represents all corporate needs of the village to Napa County government. The Council is similar to a chamber of commerce, but because there are so few Angwin businesses, membership is extended to all residents of the community. Annual membership dues are $15.00 per family.
Those moving to the village are encouraged to make early membership in the Council as important as is the hook-up of utilities or the rental of a postal box. Membership dues may be sent to the Council at P.O. Box 747, Angwin, CA 94508. Although an annual Council membership is held throughout the village in the latter part of the year, all new residents are encouraged to begin membership at the time they take up residence.
