If Friday was any indication, the answer is a big fat NO.
In Flint, Kamala Harris got up on stage, grabbed a microphone, looked Michiganders in the eye and lied. She stood up there and said “I will never tell you what kind of car you have to drive.”
Lying is easy when you avoid talking to the press and know the mainstream media will turn blind eye to your record and inconsistencies.
But Michiganders won’t.
The internet never dies – so here’s what Kamala actually believes.
- When she ran for President in 2020, Kamala Harris’ plan called for ending “sales of gas powered cars by 2035.” Axios even asked her campaign if Kamala still supported this radical plan – and they gave Axios the cold shoulder.
- At the same time, Kamala has INSISTED on multiple occasions that her “values have not changed”
Now, we’re not mathematicians, but
Previously supported plan to ban gas powered cars + unchanged values = Supports plan to ban gas powered cars.
One plus one does still equal two.
While a Senator, Kamala co-sponsored legislation that would mandate that by 2040 only zero-emission cars can be sold.
And her record as Joe Biden’s chief enabler shows where her true loyalties lie.
The Harris-Biden administration’s “strictest-ever rules” for tailpipe emissions will essentially force a “de facto electric vehicle mandate” onto Americans. The rules set emission standards so strict that electric vehicles (EVs) must account for over half of new car sales by 2032. For perspective, less than 8 percent of car sales were EVs in 2023.
Bottom Line: Kamala will tell voters whatever they want to hear to win in November. Why? Because her policies are dangerously liberal, unpopular, and bad for Michigan.
