Town of Winthrop municipal offices are experiencing a disruption in internet and network service due to a Comcast issue. Comcast is presently working on a resolution. 

Please be advised that due to this outage, some municipal transactions cannot be processed. Residents are still able to conduct transactions online through the Town of Winthrop website at www.town.Winthrop.ma.us.
