The American Youth Symphony Orchestra (AYSO) is excited to announce scholarships for talented young musicians aged 7-18. These scholarships aim to foster exceptional talent across all orchestral instruments, providing opportunities for growth and development in classical music.
AYSO Merit Scholarships, awarded based on performance in the Merit Audition Video, recognize outstanding potential and dedication to musical excellence.

• To apply for the AYSO Merit Scholarship, aspiring musicians must complete the Registration Form on our website and submit a Merit Audition Video. 

• Applications typically take 2-6 weeks to process.

In addition to Merit Scholarships, AYSO offers need-based financial aid to ensure access to music education for all aspiring musicians. 

• Applicants must submit the online form and necessary documents.

• Financial aid applications also take 2-6 weeks to process.

Musicians ages 7-18 are invited to audition for AYSO’s Youth Orchestra and Chamber Music program! Auditions are held via video submission on Feb 18th & March 3rd.
