Kraut Flecken is a delightful hearty mix of cabbage, spatzel, onion and garlic all sauteed together with ground and whole caraway seeds, a touch of sugar and salt/pepper.
Jogurtsalatsauce mit zwiebeln (German yogurt salad dressing with onion) This sauce so perfectly over a fresh shredded cabbage and carrot salad
Rye Bread and Butter
Black Night Torte inspired by Momma Monk who paired the dark richness of Black Forest Cake with the creaminess of Bavarian Creme with a hint of Black Night Stout and topped with a Dark Cherry Gelee.

Dunkle Bier Gravy This delightfully light “gravy” over your sausages will bring out flavors of the meats in an entirely new way. Dunkle Bier is slowly cooked with parsnips, bay leaves, juniper berries, garlic and onions. Then strained to make a beautiful gravy perfect for dipping the sausage in as well as bread.
Viennese Potato Salad The flavor and creaminess of this potato salad without mayonnaise is achieved by cooking the potatoes in chicken stock. Cornichon brine, red wine vinegar and Dijon mustard provide sharp notes; fresh cucumber adds crunch and a bright flavor.
