City Services Updates:

- EMAILS – City staff is now able to send and receive emails. But emails sent between October 4 and October 28 may not have been received. If you have not gotten a response from a City staff member, please resend the email if you need a response.

- RECREATION ONLINE REGISTRATION/PAYMENTS – The recreation online registration site is now working. People can once again make online payments, book park shelters, register for recreation programs, etc. Visit the Parks and Recreation webpage, or call 727-812-4530 for more information.

- UTILITY BILLING - The Utility Billing Department is still only able to accept cash or check payments in person. Online utility payers can make payments through our online portal, Paymentus here.

- PERMITTING – The network for permitting has been restored. We are working hard to manually input issued permits as well as processing new applications. Permit applications can be made online or in-person, same as before. Applicants will be notified once their permit is approved so they can make payment when the permit is issued.

- INSPECTIONS – Online inspection requests are available once again. Please visit the Inspections page to schedule inspections.
