Walk & Rally, followed by Reception

More than 1,800 youth in San Diego have nowhere to sleep tonight - but you can help. Support San Diego Youth Services' Walk & Rally with a donation and then show up November 15th to shine a light on youth homelessness!

The Walk & Rally is a 2-hour event where teams walk to raise awareness and funds to help end youth homelessness. By taking a stand against this injustice through a charitable donation, you can help provide youth with a roof over their head, a warm meal and a sense of security. Please help San Diego Youth Services make a direct impact on the lives of youth in our community.

There is no cost to register and no fundraising minimum. Suggested goal: $100 per person and $500 per team. Every participant who raises $25 or more receives a Walk & Rally t-shirt.

Yourself and any friends or family who would like to walk with you. Please wear walking shoes.

After the walk portion of the afternoon, we arrive at TAY Academy to enjoy light refreshments, connect with other participants, and hear from SDYS staff and youth speakers.

Time:
2:00 p.m. Meet at City Hall (202 C Street) for opening remarks.
2:15 p.m. Participants walk from City Hall to TAY Academy
3:15 p.m. Arrive at TAY Academy (2220 Broadway) for light refreshments, program and youth speakers
4:00 p.m. Event Ends
