The Stearns History Museum is hosting its 3rd annual free fall folk music concert featuring local singer/songwriter, Dennis Warner. This year we’ve added Warner’s band of merry men, the D’s! Dennis and the D’s will regale concert-goers with Warner’s internationally-recognized song, “Beads on One String,” and selections from his top-rated album, “Pilot Me.” The group recently returned from performing a three-week concert tour throughout South Africa.
Enjoy a relaxing afternoon listening to music in the open air shelter near the swimming beach in one of Stearns County’s many beautiful public landscapes. Make-and-take craft activities inspired by Warner’s songs will be available near the performance area for kids of all ages. Listen to music. Make some crafts. Relax. There’s something for everyone!
The event is free and open to the public. Please bring your own chair. Parking is available near the shelter. For more information contact Ann Marie at [email protected] or call 320/253-8424.
This event is made possible in part thanks to the generosity and support of museum members and donors. Thanks also to Stearns County Parks for their partnership with this event!
