Despite the staff’s desperate attempts to contain the breach, they suffered severe chemical burns and the leak continued unchecked. The facility’s management, driven by corporate greed, chose to keep production running, sacrificing public safety for profit.

By September 13, 2013, the area was placed under a total lockdown, leaving residents to fend for themselves amid the lingering toxic fumes. Long-term exposure resulted in severe physical and neurological changes, with survivors becoming known as “Coulro-Sapiens” due to their altered state. These individuals now scavenge desperately for resources and struggle to survive in their harsh, deteriorated environment.
