Dr. Owens received his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, New York, NY. He completed his residency in neurology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) /Harvard Medical School Dept. of Neurology in Boston, Massachusetts.
