Our district is comprised of the following school buildings: Zimmerman Elementary (PreK & K – approx. 125 students), Wahpeton Elementary (Grades 1-5, approx. 475 students), Middle School (approx. 300 students) & High School (Grades 9-12, approx. 360 students). Our projected enrollment for the 2017-18 school year we hope will be around 1,200 students. Our staff members work very hard to provide quality educational opportunities for our students. We believe we are able to provide a safe educational environment that is conducive for learning.

Our recent building was completed with the opening of our new elementary building in August of 2016. It is a fabulous building for both students and staff. The new addition at the high school that included a new commons area, music area and auditorium has been very well received by students, staff and community patrons as well. Lastly, the District Office moved into their new space at the High School last August. It is centrally located which allows parents and patrons easy access to us. We are thrilled to be in our new location because it allows us to be closer to students and staff.
