Our National Landmark Village set in a rural town of productive farms and stunning landscapes.
The Village is home to the Livingston County Courthouse, the campus of SUNY Geneseo, as well as numerous properous businesses, essential services, and finely preserved homes.
Our Town is nestled in the beautiful Genesee Valley and it borders on Conesus Lake, the western edge of the Finger Lakes region. Geneseo's hills, fields and waterways support a thriving agriculture and give us lively recreation opportunities from boating to equestrian sports.
The Village is responsible for maintaining Village streets, parks, courts, public works equipment, water and sewer lines, and police and fire equipment.
