The Clotilda Descendants Association's 6th Annual Spirit of Our Ancestors Festival, happening January 27 to February 5, 2024, brings back British historian Dr. Hannah Durkin with a new book detailing stories of Clotilda Africans and Smithsonian Museum Curator Mary Elliott, who is returning to Africatown six years after the Clotilda discovery, plus the film festival and original stage play by award-winning director Terrence Spivey.
