We continue to implement a positive approach to discipline through our PBIS program. Through positive reinforcement and reward incentives, we provide students with opportunities to participate in school-wide celebrations that recognize good behavior.

The Northwest parents are also a big part of our learning community. Their involvement through PTA, classroom volunteers, and the daily support of the learning process communicates their commitment to our school.
