Mission Statement :

The School District exists to serve students and the North Chicago and Great Lakes Community. We believe that each student comes to us with unique talents, needs and interests. We are committed to providing a wide array of experiences and opportunities to address these individual needs and maximize the potential of the students we serve. We are further committed to provide a clean and safe learning environment, a challenging and well-organized curriculum, appropriate special programs and services, and a competent, caring professional staff to carry out our mission. We will strive to provide an efficient and effective program through careful stewardship of the human and financial resources placed in our trust by the citizens and taxpayers of North Chicago, Great Lakes, and the State of Illinois.
