First Baptist Church of Downers Grove is committed to following God in our words and actions. Above all, we are followers of Jesus Christ. We believe He is the Son of God, and that He is the only source of ultimate hope! 

Our mission is to boldly proclaim the Gospel and to motivate believers to maturity in Christ. We hope to engage our community and the world with the Gospel, the Good News that Jesus Christ came to the world to save sinners. We desire to encourage, equip, and empower believers to fulfill the Great Commission in daily life.
