Crosby Fair & Rodeo, Inc. (CF&R) is a private, 501(c) (3) not-for-profit organization that was established in 1953. It is in existence solely for the purpose of supporting Crosby Area Youth through Education and Agriculture.
The CF&R owns some 20 +/- acres of ground on FM 2100 in Crosby with the necessary facilities to produce our annual Fair for the Crosby Area Youth and for our PRCA Rodeo and BBQ Cook-off which is held each year on the first weekend through the 2nd full week in June.
We, at CF&R, consider ourselves to be a vital and integral part of this community. The activities which we support and those that rent our facilities are a TREMENDOUS boost to the economy of this community and we sincerely hope that it does not go unnoticed.
In 2013 our committee Bras for the Cause / Tuff Enough to Wear Pink raised over $40,000 giving 35k to Pink Heals Endowment / Methodist Hospital - San Jacinto and $5000 to American Cancer Society. This puts us in the top 5 PRCA rodeo donator to Breast Cancer awareness.
