Christabelle Spiritualist Church and the Cherry Valley Spiritualist Camp share the same location. While Sunday services are held at the church 52 weeks per year, Cherry Valley Spiritualist Camp is in session from June to October 1st. Usually during camp season, there is a variety of goings on at the camp outside and inside. In past seasons, mediums have given readings, classes have been held, past life regression sessions have been done and lots of exciting and interesting items have been sold from vendors' tables set up on the camp grounds.

Plus in the course of the year there are psychic fairs that amaze those who get such readings. Psychic fairs on church property? Of course, as these are gifts that God has given to all of us to some degree. Just like He made some of us artists, poets, writers and math wizards, God has given some a greater talent for medium readings and psychic readings.

Unfortunately, over the centuries, there have been less than scrupulous people preying on others. They have misused their talent. Just like a gifted photographer using his/ her talent for less less than moral purposes.

We at Christabelle Spiritualist Church make no judgements. Our goal is to be forthright and to use our gifts as God had intended.

On Sundays, people come to our church for meditation to improve their connection to the Creator and some come for the healing before the devotional service. When the service begins, it is with The Lord's Prayer and the 23rd Psalm and of course there is music and singing. The one thing that makes our church different from others: there is no berating of the congragation. Our congregation has no sinners - it has only people who wish to be closer to God through a life that is summed up by the Golden Rule.

We believe that nobody goes to hell because this fiery place is a man-made and mistranslated place. Our Father is a perfect parent who will not banish any of His children eternally. This banishment is something only a human father might conjure up. There is no hell - there is only divine love that is eternal.
