Catholic Community of Windsor Locks was formed when the Archdiocese of Hartford yoked Saint Mary Church (42 Spring Street) and Saint Robert Bellarmine Church (South Elm Street) in 2007.  The parishes share staff and other resources as The Catholic Community of Windsor Locks.
