Our commitment to the changing needs of the community and our campus has helped us to evolve into the innovative organization that we are today. We continue to grow and evolve so that we can help individuals, families, and the communities’ age successfully.

In tune with our mission, British Home Rehabilitation Services provides the care and expertise you or your loved one require in order to get back to living your best lives. In the past 15 years, over 6,500 different rehab stays have come through our door!

We understand that everyone’s journey is different. At the British Home, we have an extensive staff of highly-trained professionals to assist in every step. Their knowledge and compassion allows them to establish strong relationships with their clients; making their success a top priority. Combining our skilled nursing care with individualized therapy sessions, we have fantastic Medicare ratings and our CARF accreditation helps us utilize the best medical practices possible in the industry.
