The 2023 Rayne Frog Festival will be held at the Frog Festival Pavilion. It's slated with a full schedule, including music, delicious food, an arts and crafts show, carnival rides, a frog-eating contest, a cultural tent, frog racing and jumping, and a few surprises along the way.

Join us as we celebrate 51 years of the Rayne Frog Festival! We will pay homage to the Agricultural industry in Rayne and Acadia Parish. We will also celebrate all of the culture, memories, traditions, music, and food that have made our festival so wonderful throughout the years. We will return to our "roots" and celebrate how it all began, "Living Off The Land."

May 11, 2023

Kickoff Party
Join us at Depot Square in Downtown Rayne from 4 pm-7 pm for the Parade Kick-Off Party! The Rayne Frog Festival and the City of Rayne, invite you to enjoy music, face painting, pictures with Monsieur Jacques, our Festival Mascot, BBQ Burgers by the Mire Volunteer Fire Department, and lots of sweet treats from local vendors. This is a family-friendly event to get you in the festival spirit before our parade rolls down the boulevard of Rayne at 6:30 pm!

Carnival
Mitchell Brothers and Sons Amusements is a progressive, quality outdoor amusement company based in Slidell, Louisiana, with over 80+ years of experience providing safe family entertainment. Mitchell Brothers will be on site at the 50th Rayne Frog Festival.

Parade
The Rayne Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture will be celebrating the Annual Rayne Frog Festival Parade. This will be the kick-off event for the festival. The parade line-up will start at 5:30 p.m. on American Legion Drive. You will travel up North Adams and the Boulevard the Frog Festival grounds at the completion of the parade. There is a fee for everyone participating.
