The Village of Niles is hosting the 10th Annual Holly Jolly Fest and Tree Lighting at Civic Center Plaza. Kick-off the holiday season with hot chocolate, horse drawn sleigh rides, petting zoo, and fire pits to make s'mores.  Meet Santa plus face painting, balloon artists, crafts for kids and activities for the whole family.  Enjoy food from local restaurants with craft beer and holiday wine.  Village Holiday Tree Lighting and Fireworks is at 5:30 pm.
